Dave just finished the Denver Marathon in 3 hrs. 34 minutes. He's the guy in the green shirt, grey shorts and red visor. This video was taken at the 19 mile marker. It was great to enjoy the experience up-close and personal.

Nick and Sarah at the lake at OneTrueMedia.com
Just got back from a trip to Seattle. Here's what great Seattle weather looks like. Had lots of fun with the kids at Flowing Lake in Snohomish. They're both great little swimmers and LOVE the water.

Try to ignore the background singers, but enjoy Sarah rehearsing for her new career at the Copacabana.

Yard and People Update at OneTrueMedia.com
Hi Folks,
Heres an update on plants and people.
A few of you have requested more recent pictures of the backyard landscaping. Take a look! We havent killed anything yet. Our landscape designer stopped by last week to make sure that everything was growing well. Kinda felt like a pop quiz, but Im happy to say that she gave us an A.
In an effort to keep my mind sharp (I hear you laughing), I got a part-time job.
Ive been hired as an adjunct instructor to teach two sections of Interpersonal Communication this fall at the Community College of Aurora. The fall semester out here begins August 23, so Ive been spending many hours at my computer preparing lectures. The first semester is always the hardest. Gene has just completed work with the census which he mostly enjoyed. Now, hes back on the job search trail. Please send him good vibes.
Thats about it for now. Im off to Seattle soon to visit the other grandkids, so stay tuned for more pictures in a few weeks.

Say "New Orleans"
Gene and I had lots of fun watching the kids for a few days while Dave and Megan celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in New Orleans. Check out the video below. It's a little dinner time geography lesson. Watch for the million dollar smile at the end. Sorry Megan. This wasn't a very good hair day for Ailya. Blame it on Grandma!!
